About the Instructors:

Todd Dugan is a PGA Certified Teaching Professional and Golf Digest Certified Instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience and over 2,000 lessons given to men and women of all ages and abilities. Born and raised in Webster, Massachusetts, Todd’s home course growing up was Pleasant Valley Country Club in Sutton. Based in the golfing hotbed of Scottsdale, Arizona in recent years, Todd has taught for GolfTEC, the #1 golf instruction company in the world, and most recently for Golf Digest School at Top 100 course, Troon North Golf Club. An expert in the modern use of high-speed video swing analysis, Todd’s teaching philosophy is based on proven science, rather than “opinion”. Todd uses a “flexible” approach, customized for the individual, to achieve measurable improvement to the conditions between ball and club face during impact, responsible for the ball’s flight.

Matt Prior provides golf lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and abilities. Matt is currently enrolled in the PGA Program working towards his Class A Certification "Learning/improving good fundamentals in a relaxed friendly environment is the secret to consistent golf" says Matt. His playing accomplishments since turning pro include 13 wins and being selected to represent his country in the 2004 European Team Championship.

Ryan Richard is a Class A PGA Golf Professional with 10 years of experience teaching all levels of golfers. Prior to East Coast Golf, Ryan worked at Hickory Ridge CC in Amherst Ma, Gillette Ridge GC in Bloomfield CT, and most recently at Ellington Ridge CC in Ellington CT. Ryan's strength as an instructor is his ability to simplify your understanding of the golf swing. He believes that people learn differently, and therefore require a teacher that can adapt to their particular learning style. His goal is to not only develop your understanding of the swing, but to also create a fun and relaxed atmosphere in which to do so.
